Project Management

Dynavac operates under a program management system that provides an effective means of planning, reporting, and communicating. Our program management organization is responsible for maintaining the project schedule and monitoring performance and job costs throughout the project life cycle. We assign project managers to each project to maintain open lines of communication with customers.

Our operational management system is based on project management principles and provides the basic data that is needed by project managers to fulfill their responsibilities. Each project is developed into a work breakdown structure (WBS) that serves as a mechanism for planning and controlling work activities. This system has been successful in maintaining a high level of manufacturing, schedule, and cost control, giving customers a high degree of visibility to monitor performance, schedule, and budget.
