We listen to our customers to understand their applications, objectives, and constraints. Then we design concepts that provide a cost-effective and practical product solution and, ultimately, a fully operational system.

Dynavac uses SolidWorks¹ for chambers, components, and integrated systems design. This method means solid models can then be analyzed for deflection and stress under load using CosmosWorks, which can also perform some types of thermal analysis. We address more complex thermal problems with Femap® and other software programs.

Our control systems incorporate programmable logic controllers (PLCs), digital and analog communication, touch screens and complex controls using computers running LabVIEW®, and Ethernet connectivity, to enable flexibility and ease of operation.
