Thin Film Deposition Systems
Dynavac manufactures thin film deposition systems using evaporation, sputtering, and plasma technologies. They are offered for batch-type or full-scale, continuous production use. In addition to operational testing, process testing is conducted prior to shipment to ensure a seamless installation and startup phase. Process development support is available to assist in achieving optimal deposition results.

Space Simulation Systems
Dynavac’s thermal vacuum systems simulate a variety of environmental conditions and performance criteria for testing of space flight hardware. Systems range in size from 18" tabletop units to large, field-constructed facilities. A wide range of components and subsystems are offered to upgrade or enhance the capabilities of existing systems. Complete installation and startup as well as operational support going forward is offered.

Custom Engineering and Manufacturing
Dynavac designs and builds systems for custom and unique applications. Systems can be custom-designed to customer specifications or built to print.
